At Humble Bumble we take pride in our label, and hope that you are delighted with your purchase.

OUR PRODUCT GUARANTEE

At Humble Bumble we have a quality guarantee on all our garments. If the quality of our garment does not meet your expectations we will replace it or give you a full refund. Simply contact us and explain the nature of the defect and then send the item back to us within 14 days of purchase. Where applicable we will pay for the goods to be shipped back to us, and will cover the cost of postage for goods being exchanged.

Please note that in the event of a change of mind purchase, we can only accept garments that have been unworn, unwashed and with original labelling tags attached.  If a garment has been damaged by you, or has been damaged through use, we will not be able to accept the return.
